The 'geolocation, area and 'contained in' are duplicated as the 'Location' type is already referenced in.
Could these three redundant properties be removed?
Those properties "delegate" to the Location properties, so it's actually exactly the same relationship. You'll see if you change a property on one type that the change will appear on the other as well.
